Don't even joke about that man. I've already had one author die on me before he finished his series. The replacement author messed up the last few books.

He just gave a talk a few days ago, and apparently didn't say that he was dying.

Also, so what if he's taking a long time to write the latest book in the series? He just released one last summer. That, and HBO already have enough material to work with at the moment.

Personally, I'd rather an author take his/her time with their work instead of rushing the creative process and publishing half-assed garbage.

Christopher Paolini took his time with his books, yet his books still became more and more garbage-like as they went along.

I'm annoyed but delighted at the same time

I missed the bus so I can't go to the Gym which annoys me, but it also means I don't have to see my 'female acquaintance' which means I don't have to have sex wither her today which makes me delighted!!!
