Re: Inbetweeners US
Along with this, there is a TV series of Sherlock Holmes with a female Watson, and possibly a remake of Only Fools and Horses. So, not bad.

I dread to think how they are going to replicate the sarcastic nature of Will.
This is going to be funny, but for the wrong reasons.

That looks absolutely tragic.

I guess I'm the only one who thinks it's kinda alright.
Not that it looks anything close to the original, but the type of humor in the latter parts of the trailer had a distinctly American feel. Didn't feel forced.

Re: Inbetweeners US
It's like they aren't going to be allowed to get Jay to say the same things he is allowed to say here, so they've made him a fat retard instead.
They could have made this good if they had gotten a good team behind it and adjusted it to make it suitable to the US audience; much like what they did with the US version of The Office.

Re: Inbetweeners US
I just watched episode 7 where they go on the camping trip, it's actually quite funny. It's not as bad as the trailer makes it out to be.

Re: Inbetweeners US
It actually wasn't that bad. Seen a few episodes and it made me laugh quite a bit actually. I think having the name Inbetweeners and having the same character names just set it up to fail and brought it much hate. If they would have called it something else and brought no connection to the original Inbetweeners it would have just been another show and I think got a better reception.
