Only Ibra and Balzaretti can pull them off.

I thought we played quite well tonight. A bit sloppy in parts and not very good in defence but I thought it was a resilient performance and an excellent victory.

And people laughed at me for including him in a list of talented young players.

Re: England V Sweden
Yes Glen was found wanting at points, bu where is the credit for the number of times that he bailed out the rest of the team with a series of last ditch challenges on Ibra and Elmander (I think it was Elmander)?

That goal reduced me to tears. I experienced every emotion imaginable during that game, pure orgasmic jubilation.

Yeah, but I personally prefer Poland's goal against Russia.

Pirlo's was pretty sweet, and Kuba's,and Khrom-Deli and Varela's just for the fact that it was a game winner

Re: England V Sweden
Seeing Glen's reaction in Mason's sig says it all. He is aware that he was at fault during the match, but he has the intense passion and desire to get forward and lend a hand in the next two goals. You would not see Micah Richards react in such a poignant manner, he would just swagger back into position arrogantly and the media would cream itself over his professionalism, and Kyle Walker would probably run over to the nearest journalist to make sure they took note of his part. Glen's humility is maybe his greatest trait.

Re: England V Sweden
Glen certainly offered more than Ashley Cole, and made more crucial interceptions than the rest of the back line. Mistakes happen to the best of them; his recovery was a great demonstration of his undying will to succeed.
