Ironic. The one time in years he surely would have been picked and just maybe played, he's jacked it in because no England manager gave him playing time.

Going to a tournament where your central midfield options are Parker, Gerrard, Henderson, Milner and Jones makes me want to commit.

I personally feel Barry's better than Parker. The best defensive players shouldn't have to make last ditch tackles, like Parker. Barry is better at breaking up play imo.
