Please explain why Gerrard deserves an 84 rating and Suarez deserves 85...

Gerrard should be 81 max and Suarez no high than 81 when at ST, at CF or on the wing possibly higher. But anything to do with finishing should be in its 70's therefore fairly poor rating at ST.

I didn't check what the current ratings were, I just put what I thought they deserved.

Balotelli will be better than Dzeko eventually, but right now I'd rather have Dzeko playing than Balotelli.
