Re: Your season through images
Our first ever football league match away at Port Vale, we drew 2-2 and got our first ever point as a football league club.
The first ever football league game at the Broadfield Stadium. We beat Macclesfield 2-0.
The 6-0 defeat at Morecambe brought us down to Earth and reality.
Our game on Sky Sports vs Northampton, a win would've put us top. Matty Tubbs got the goal which won it.
The first game of our Cup run, I think one of you in particular may remember this.
Gillingham at home can be summed up with this pic. We dominated the game, they had two shots and scored both.
Tubbs scores the winner vs Bristol City continuing our Cup run, which beforehand also saw us beat non-league Redbridge 5-0.
Then the game at Hull..
Tubbs left for Bournemouth after that game, we were left with just one quality goalscorer, Tyrone Barnett.
We brought Sanchez Watt in on loan before the Hull game and he came up with a goal that helped us go back top of the league vs Cheltenham, which was on after the efforts of fans to clear snow.
Then Premiership Stoke came to town! They were dirty and David Hunt got a bad injury, which put him out until last week vs Hereford.
Then Tyrone Barnett left for Peterborough on a loan deal which turns permanent in the summer. At that point we thought we were never going to go up.
The infamous 'Bradford brawl'. Another sign that we thought we weren't going up, having important players suspended.
Evans and Raynor left for Rotherham, Craig Brewster takes over as caretaker boss for the remaining 6 jobs with the challenge for play-offs at least and an eye on automatic promotion. Steve Coppell gives us a ring and asks if he can help out.
Brewster's first game was away to Barnet, on the same day the news of Evans leaving broke. Everyone of us thought we'd lose, but we came away with a 2-1 win. A big big result in our season.
Hereford at home looked such an easy game, and with Torquay going against Crewe, the in-form side in League 2, we thought we could all but rubber stamp promotion. We lost 3-0. Though the bangers and mash in the executive suite was delicious (thanks Dad for the 21st birthday present).
Crewe's late equalizer at Torquay meant a win away at Accrington Stanley would see us up to League 1 and secure back-to-back promotions. It was a nervy game, sadly I couldn't go due to being very ill. Between being ill and watching Soccer Saturday I was so anxious then the news came in, Scott Neilson scored and we were winning 1-0! That is how it finished, and promotion was secured for the second season running. A small picth invasion ensued and the everyone was ecstatic. Judging by their twitters today, the players had a messy weekend and deservedly so.

Incase people didn't know what was going on in the pics I thought I'd help with that. Didn't have to read them anyway. Besides, OP had description.ViVaRooney wrote:^^

Henderson should have passed it to him after his first shambolic, disgusting, pathetic attempt at goal.Zzonked wrote:I find the funniest part of that gif Suarez, watch his reaction the whole way through.

Can't find it, but it'd have to be the image of Ferguson standing their laughing with the Fourth Official at 4-2 against Everton. Wonder where United's complacency and arrogance comes from? Look to the top.

About 6/7 smoke bombs, we had a flare which we saved for staying up but it never happened so the flare stayed in my mates back pocket...

Re: Your season through images
Quality. Shame about you going down though . My mate was going to set one off at Rochdale before he got caught which I've mentioned a few times. Being honest in this league there are endless cameras at each ground so its easy to get caught and get a 3 year ban although we do have an idea to get round it next season..

That's what smoke bombs are like for you. My mate did that for Rochdale and he got the bloody thing in the ground then they asked to search him again as our 'youth' had brought a few..

Re: Your season through images
3 year mate same for flares and even standing is a still a bannable offence.. You can get a 1 year if you own up though.
I do feel that stewards and police will be lenient on them at some point though as smoke bombs are being set off everywhere at the moment.
