A lot of goals are flukes, as in if he tried that many more times he'd probably fuck up.

Cisse is one hell of a striker, Liverpool must be kicking themselves for not having picked him up when they could Chelsea Vs. Newcastle United - Page 7 3925848005

If they can keep their players and add to the squad I wouldn't be too surprised if Newcastle could get top 4 next season.

Cisse was linked to everyone at one point. However I meant more in the sense that they desperately need a finisher, and he's pretty much mint.

Seems like people always bring Liverpool up when a good player is signed, and it isn't them signing them, maybe Cisse would have chosen Newcastle anyway.

It's simply a comment that a player like Cisse would have been perfect for them, nothing more to it than that.

Fair enough but it seems like everyone that does half decent would have been perfect for Liverpool, don't forget Carroll was scoring for Newcastle as well, and Suarez had 49 goals and 14 assists in 48 games, yes the Premier League is harder but it's not like he hasn't got in positions to take chances, who's to say Cisse would have just been a hit at Liverpool?

From a personal point of view I think Cisse displays a much higher technical ability both on the ball and how he strikes the ball than Andy Carrol. Based on that I made the assumption that he would also display similar technical ability with Liverpool. However you are right, he could have flopped.
