Well Ramires needs to stay on the left tracking Alves. Drogba needs to drift into the space Alves leaves so on the counter he's up against Mascherano and Ramires hopefully supports him fast. Stick Mikel at Cb. Mierles on the right but very narrow, Essien and Lampard in the centre.
