Boateng IF is worth it only if you're going to play him at CDM though, anywhere else he is useless.

Not a significant difference, and both will probably/possibly be in TOTY. Stick to the NIF for now if you don't want to make a needless loss.

IF Boateng is one of the best CDMs though. IF Vidal one of the most dynamic ones.
