Just beat someone 10-1. He was pressing like a mad man for the duration of the game. He messaged me after and said that it's normally effective.

I beat this guy 5-4 today after the match he abused me told me I was a cunt when he was a cunt the whole game and my winning goal was to get back at him for being a cunt.

Now this guy had no skill all he could do was press x repeatedly and he knew how to do lobbed through balls. Anyway at HT he was 4-0, he had these pacy as fuck little black cunts who would get a lobbed through ball sprint past Hummells and Subotic and then when the keeper came out he would pass across to the other striker and score in the open net

Anyway after HT I went Ultra Attacking (did I mention I hit the post twice in the first half) and Gomez got fouled, Marin stepped up and put the freekick into the bottom corner, then a few minutes late Gomez heads it home to make it 4-2. Then Podolski gets a penalty and makes it 4-3. Then in the 88th minute Podolski beats a player is 1v1 with the keeper I press forward and Podolski takes it past the keeper and finishes into the empty net to make it 4-4.

Then this cunt gets a corner, it is a shit corner and Adler takes it cleanly. (now at 70 minutes I bring on Sam and Schurrle) anyway Adler throws the ball out Gomez he controls it on his chest before putting it across to Sam who runs down the wing before passing to Schurrle, Schurrle sidesteps a player and is 1v1 with the keeper but then I pass it across to Podolski who finishes into the open net to win it 5-4. At the end of the match he calls me a cunt and says I cheated

But he did the same thing 4 times and I was just getting back at him. It was Karma

Possible BPL TOTY I assume. That's why Hart and Kompany aren't in it either of course.

If Song, Hart, and/or Kompany don't make the BPL TOTY they'll probably include them in that instead. Also, I thought they did like a young players TOTY so wouldn't Eriksen and Shaqiri be included in that one? Or are they not doing that this year? Or am I just crazy and they've never done that.

What I saw was that at every opportunity you cut inside. Generally you're playing way too much through the centre of the pitch. Whilst you were composed on the ball and able to keep it well, eventually you were crowded out and had no room. If you play with width and variation, then the opposition will be stretched and second guess you, leading to them making mistakes. Plus.....you can score a lot of goals from headers....or just low cross it across goal and get tap ins/own goals.

If anything else, most of your long shots seemed to not be very well set up so maybe you could work on knowing how to set them up or just waiting until the right moment to shoot.

Good observations.. I do notice my play always going inside.. then like you said.. it becomes a stand-still offense and a predictable one. Those long shots you see are my desperate attempt at goal.. as my creativity and goal scoring ability has gone to shit.

Thanks for the help.. I'll work on trying to go more outside.. because you're right.. when I had Young and Bale on the outside.. and actually fed them the ball.. things opened up.

Now it's time to try out a few formations before I build my russian squad.

Yeah.. is there an English tournament coming out?

Played two matches already. Won 1-0 and 2-0. I've been trying to open up the game a bit.. go to the wings and everything.. but a lot of the times it's just not there. Maybe because I'm trying the 4222 formation? But I have noticed a change in opportunities.. and the game seems a bit more open. I'm trying not to go inside and pass around.. but as you can see I still do it a bit.

For some reason, I still back out when I'm near goal.. idk if thats good or not.. but I just need to attack.. and not let his D park the bus before I get a shot off.

I always let the ball run through my strikers legs....but most people expect you to keep the ball or turn to the side and they get close to you...so it's a good way of either getting an easy 1v1 chance...or pretty much forcing them to sit back...giving you more room to shoot, create chances etc.
