Would you introduce video replays, fine the culprit, ban the culprit, deduct points from the offending team or something else?

I would think the best way would be banning people after games. If you dive once, you get a one game ban. Then if you do it again you get two and so on.

Kick the fuck out of them on the pitch, learn on the pitch. That's what I do anyway.

Ban people after the games. 7 game ban for diving.

Former players should be on the panel so they know what is a dive and what isn't. E.g. there is a very slight contact on the arm, there is contact but the player falls down. The ex-players will have a better idea of whether there was enough contact or if the player has made a meal of it and dived.

It is funny because Young is a massive cheater, always has been. He just doesn't get anywhere near enough criticism though because he is English.

Retrospective yellows. The worst culprits would soon start receiving bans.
