Being totally honest here but Wilshere is far superior to the other 2. I honestly think Jack Wilshere right now is a better player Shelvey ever will be.

I'll accept the first part but last the last is a little far. They're all quite young and have so much developing to do. Shelvey is a decent young player. He's not good enough to be considered as good as Wilshere or Cleverley though. On future potential or their current quality.
