1. Berisha wasn't even offside.
2. if you watch the replays you can clearly see that the touch to his leg (The still image posted above) mores hes font half a font to a fonts length in the air causing him to stand on the ball and make it bounce away which leads to him having an air swing. Great call from the ref, Always a pen.
and on the Matt Smith smeltz thing, Smeltz should have been booked but everyone forgets that. Plus if you watch it Matt Smith doesn't actually raise his arm, he already has it up and when smeltz comes in he tries to jump out of the way but he gets fouled by smeltz
The ref was good and I think he only made a few errors, 1. Not booking Smeltz and 2. Not sending Miller off for bringing down Berisha in the box. may have made a few more but they are the ones that stand out.
