It is interesting they will not disclose the exact location here. What that noted it is assumed that this still has a very long way to go. Heck they did not show any actual construction here, have they even broke ground? This would be awesome if it happens but I am very skeptical about this.

Maybe they could buy a small UAE team that is not already owned by a billionaire and use it as academy for Middle Eastern and perhaps Asian talent.
