Maybe I should correct myself for what I said about a person being in "stable" condition. If you are in "stable" condition over here it is good news unless it is followed by a qualifier like saying someone is in "stable, but critial condition"

I know that this is not something people are thinking about much at the moment but when this fixture restarts is it from when the game was abandoned or starts over altogether?

They usually start from the beginning.

I remember City had one rained off when they were 2-0 up and it got reset to 0-0 and they lost. Mad

I don't know, more likely to start from the beginning again. Don't know when this match will be rescheduled for though, thinking about it, may be played the week replays are scheduled for.

Anybody think it'll be on ESPN again? or maybe go to ITV?

In Australia if it's called off before half-time the game restarts, if it's called off after half-time the result stands. So on the premise it will be restarted.

Hardly comparable, a mediocre league is not fair to base a major decision on.

    Because it is.

Just because he is stable (ie, his vitals are not crashing at that moment of time) doesn't mean he isn't having other major problems (like serious brain damage and it's consequences like organs shutting down) which he likely is going through at the moment.

Worse yet would be if something caused the heart attack and consequent lack of oxygen instead of being caused by dehydration, exhaustion and lack of fitness at the professional level. But then again, I've been watching too much House. shifty
