Top episode, loved the whole mother-daugher dynamic throughout, Mad Men has had female-centric episodes before but not quite like this. Sally is a real interesting character man, it's interesting to see what they do with her and hopefully the show runs long enough to show how she's growing up.

- It's shocking in a way but at the same time you almost expect it, you can see where the company is going.. despite landing Jag they are slowly declining. Roger can't do much anymore (Pete's the new Roger obviously) Ginsberg is the new Don, Cooper has never done anything, and Pryce is stealing money from the company! Peggy made the right choice to go.

Pete had it real rough this year, he hates living in the burbs, he got beat up by Lane, rejected by the young chick AND the older woman he was messing with, there was a 2-3 episode period where he seemed really vulnerable.
