You kinda have to understand the context behind it though. The guys is Jorge Vergara,
Chivas' flamboyant owner. And he recently signed Johan Cruyff as club adviser. Before Cruyff showed up Chivas had lost all except two games I believe and hadn't won a single game. After Cruyff showed up Chivas has won their last two games.
Obviously Cruyff couldn't have had much of an effect since then but it's a good marketing gimmick to pacify the supporters. I believe that is what the meme is trying to portray.
