Revolutionize =/= invent
Sure, they didn't invent anything. But they did revolutionize a few industries. It's no coincidence that the smartphone industry blew after the introduction of the iPhone.
What Apple products have you had?
There might be a few Android phones out there that are better than the iPhone. But they are about the same quality. Each have their advantages and disadvantages.
If Apple's products aren't targeting you, why do you hate them? Surely you don't go around hating products by every company that has no appeal or use to you. Apple fanboys that hate on other companies' products are just as bad as people who hate on Apple products just because they can't afford it/prefer something else.
Try dropping your iPhone on the ground, see what happens. Aside from it being cheap, I guess there isn't much to compare, as you said, the new iPhones are up there with the best. Their iOS is really shit though.
Why I hate them? I already said why, it goes beyond their products. It just doesn't appeal to me at all, and the other reasons turn the general dislike to hate. I have good reasons to not like Apple products unlike said fanboys.
The fact that you have never owned an Apple product hurts your argument.
I have dropped my iPhone quite a few times. Nothing really happened to it. Maybe just a slight scratch on the back and side, but no shattering/anything breaking. Just take care of your phone. You could always get a phone case too.
A lot of companies are involved in not so moral activities. Apple, Google, Microsoft, etc. You can't hate on them for building factories in China than here. They are a business, not a charity organization. Blame our stupid government and capitalist extremists for not giving companies a good incentive to employ at home. GE doesn't pay any US taxes.
