Re: Assassins Creed 3
You know when they said it was something like 40% bigger than Rome? Do they mean the whole map or just the city bit?

I think they meant the Frontier alone is bigger than the Rome..What a huge map

Re: Assassins Creed 3
I have a question, i have never played Assasins Creed before, and after watching trailers and reviews, this seems fun, but should i play the other AC games first, or go straight for this one?

Re: Assassins Creed 3
If you want to learn about the story then I'd suggest getting the other games..But this is a good time to jump aboard too since this is a new assassin so pretty much a new part of the story. I'd get AC3 if I were you.

No problem This looks easily the best game in the series, if you're in for the game play I assure you you will love it.

@WhatTheFFacts: In the game Assassin's Creed 3, all the victims, their location and time of death are inspired by the deaths of real people.
Now I wait for Kuled to go nuts.

Re: Assassins Creed 3
I really wanted to but I don't like pre-ordering games anymore since here in Malta the shipping would make me wait another 2 days..Maybe even more. So I'm just going to get the standard edition from retailers.

Re: Assassins Creed 3
Actually..I should think about calling them soon since they might run out of stock on release day..It happened to me last year with FIFA and I had to wait another 3 days
Oh yeah:
This was from a TV about some American football game and Ubisoft haven't released it online yet for some reason so this is why there is bad quality
I don't think anymore trailers are necessary. I'm going to watch the last one from IGN next week then I'm just going to ignore everything about AC since I might get spoilers.

So I went on tumblr to see if there's any new stuff for AC3 to get me hyped up, and I ended up missing Ezio.

I agree with the decision to make ACR his last game, I'm not an ACR hater because it was vital for the series but I just didn't feel the stuff about Prince Faggot.

A shame because he was a great leader in real life I didn't feel that much emotion for the characters in AC R either apart from sofia

looks like a picture of Desmond in a stadium (?) is forming up
edit; his hood is on!

Oh I get it now, the more people who play that game, more of the picture gets revealed?
After I found the anomaly in the first picture and the second screen was all pixelated I thought it was my laptop playing up

Re: Assassins Creed 3
I don't know if I should even buy this game. The last one I bought was brotherhood and the story was very pointless, to the point where it was genuinely a DLC add on for #2.
I may watch the cutscenes for Revelations later and then decide. I also don't like the Revolutionary War setting either, seems like it's a bit too 'American' for my liking.

Brotherhood was my favourite and for the modern day story it was very important. AC3 is easily going to be the best in the series and this one has been worked on for 3 years..It's not going to be a milked game..

What I mean is, the 30 second cutscenes could have been added to #2. Ubisoft said it was going to be a DLC but they decided to make it a full game.
I have no doubt it will be a good game but I went off the rails after reading the first book when I was on Jury Duty, it's an amazingly deep game but I'm not really into the Revolutionary war.

Re: Assassins Creed 3
Why not? It's completely new to video games..I don't think there are that much games set in the American Revolution and if you're not convinced by the game because you'll be killing Redcoats you must remember that this series is about Assassin's maintaining freewill and Templars looking dominion over mankind. The only people you'll take sides with are the Assassins.
