What happened? If you don't mind me asking.
Run of the mill car accident. Banged both my knees on the dash. Wasn't too bad at 1st had a lot of pain in them but no major injuries and it just spiraled from then on into the cluster fuck it is now.
Started when I was 15. So 7 years of being in constant agony basically. What a life
Also have problems with my back but I don't know what it's all called. Also have genetic problems with the bone structure in my knee joints too which stop the knee cap tracking in the groove, but instead it being free to move around and grind on the bones.
I also have major wasting of all muscles in both legs and the bones are weaker too. Think they said wasting was about 50% last time they had a proper check of it.
