Glen Johnson has certainly transformed into twice the player he was, since he shaved his head.

I disagree with the Torres theory. He only became shit when he swapped the red jersey for blue.

I have a theory that states that shaving your head makes you better at everything you do. It just has a, "I'm all businesses" thing about it.

Even the Aztecs most ferocious warriors would shave their heads.

It doesn't directly affect performance of course, but it can make someone more confident.

Glen's shaving of the cornrows was more than just that. It was symbolic. The youthful fros and cornrows that he once sports were a symbol of his youth, a symbol of his potential. Upon shaving the hair, it was clear that he was intent on becoming what he is today, that he would turn that potential into real quality and become England's first choice right back.

Glen Johnson was actually faster with his cornrows and also a better jumper so it's probably true

I feel like he's lost a bit of pace due to his hamstring problems.

I believe so. Simpson was shit with his hair during his return last season, shaves it, turns worse.

I always feel like bald/shaved people can head the ball better for some reason.

EA also think this with their player ratings.
