Standard Grade, that's fine for. You do need to do some work if you want good grades in higher though, as I found out in 5th year. English you can get away with, but Maths and Physics etc are nails if you're winging it.

Yeah we had an assembly on it today, apparently if you read for an hour you will only remember 20% of what you read, so 12 minutes. However I always just read through my stuff and do fine.

It's all bollocks. It's cos there's a majority of kids in schools are mongs and mess around so they find it harder to concentrate. I didn't even go to the revision lessons before the exams. Shouldn't revise 12 hours prior to the exam.

Since when were GCSEs about quantity over quality? Education system has gone tits up in the past 5 years.

I find GCSEs are just for the first 5 years out of school in the real world where you have no experience so GCSEs are the most relevant. Once you get experience GCSEs count for shit.
