Azul means Blue in Spanish and Pumas means, well Pumas in Spanish. One team is Blue and the other has a big Puma on their shirt.

Cruz Azul equalizes. I don't think the English commentator commentating on this game realizes that the player he is calling Garrido is in fact Carlos Vela's older brother Alejandro.

What do you expect from English people.

It's funny, it's obvious there is a cultural misunderstanding here. It's common for Mexicans(pretty sure other Latin Americans do too but don't know so can't claim that)to use their maiden name along with their last name. In this case Alejandro Vela Garrido. He probably thinks the maiden name is his last name and the last name his middle name or something.

You'd think the shot of Vela's face would have given it away though, he looks just like his brother.



I'm also curious as to what this is for. Seems a bit odd that there is English commentating for this.
