Any future mods should be people with no infractions if we're being serious about it. Seeing as that would be a decent indicator of their willingness to follow the rules set rather then break them like people with infractions would have.
Obviously that shouldn't be the only thing taken into consideration though. You'd then have to look at their maturity in posts and stuff as I'm sure there are a few people on here that would be unsuitable as mods yet have a flawless record.
