Evra/Suarez racism row - how would it be in reverse??

By the title I mean how would this racism row escalated if the shoe was on the other foot? E.g. Evra racially abusing Suarez? Would the same precautions be taken? Would Evra get an 8 match ban?

Are you asking about the Liverpool/Manchester issue, or the fact that Evra is black and Suarez is Hispanic?

Who knows, but if the same exact things happened with Evra on the other side, he should get the same punishment.

Suarez wouldn't have told the ref, his manager or the FA. He believes that is against the code of football.

It was dealt with though. No need to cry over spilled milk. But you have Dalglish brining it up again in an interview and saying Suarez should never have been banned. Then you have the whole handshake snub thing.

If Suarez thought he didn't say anything wrong I understand the handshake snub thing. Evra was as much of a guilty culprit as Suarez.

Liverpool fans; what is the point of insisting that Suarez is innocent? What good does it do you in the argument. He was charged, you may aswell concede that he likely did say something racist. You'd be taken more seriously if you tried to defend him on this basis, rather than just talking constant bullshit about his innocence which you have no clue about..

The Man Utd captain actually got banned twice for a total of 9 games for one tackle that he made. I can't remember any Liverpool player being banned for that long, let alone the 8 months that Ferdinand had, or what Cantona had. Evra would probably have been banned for life if he'd done what Suarez did.

I personally feel this whole thing was blown out of proportion, I don't feel Evra would of shaken Suarez's hand if it was in reverse.
