I think he means since it became the Premier League.Alan wrote:The last English manager to win the top league in England was Howard Wilkinson in 92 and before that is was Howard Kendall in 85 and 87 for Everton and before that it was the Joe Fagan in 84 and the Great Bob Paisley in 82 and 83.Mason_Inzaghi wrote:Really looking forward to this game and will be a massive challenge for us. I would say we are facing the best Spurs team for a long long time. Has an English manager ever won the Premier League before? Could Harry be the first?
I hope Carroll gets dropped to accommodate a returning Suarez. Dawson would win a lot of aerial battles with Carroll. Suarez is a handful for any defender.
I'm going to predict a 1-1 draw.

I'm doing this.
Probably £30 on draw before game and £30 in play free bet.
Can't see Liverpool winning so it's win win

It's not going to be cancelled just because of a bit of fog.

Have you seen the stadium? you can't even see the other goal, and it's not just a ''bit''

If it stays like that the game will be called off.

But if they can't see the other touchline, then that is some pretty bad fog and not just a bit. It won't get called off, but the fog is still bad and could play a vital part in a goal. A keeper could make a horrendous error because he couldn't see the ball coming from a long shot etc.

Won't be a massive loss. Bond and others would've known what to do if this happened. They already did it for the Fulham game.

How long do you give it to clear before calling it off? Would 7.30 be a good time for the decision?

I'd presume so, it would need to be really bad to call it off though as it'd be unfair on all the Spurs fans who have travelled down

I can't see it happening if it doesn't clear in time. I would be happy if I travelled up and it was called off as you wouldn't see the other end of the pitch anyway.

Not sure whether I want it too happen or not, itd be so anti-climatic for it to be called off but no Sandro VdV, Kaboul Lennon and Redknapp means I dont fancy our chances if it goes ahead
