Arsenal fans complain at the signing of a highly rated youngster from Dortmund for £400k and then get jealous of Chelsea paying £7.5m for a highly rated youngster from Genk. Eisfeld's a bit like Frimpong too, he was breaking in to the first team but then done his cruciate.

You heard it here first.
Do you really think that will happen? Shaqiri wants to leave but I can't see Wenger doing anything.

Walcott is absolutely shit on the ball but you really underestimate what he does for the team.
I can't be bothered to write it all out so here's some comments from a tactical analyst:
"I think people underestimate his impact. He gives the team a unique attacking dimension (counter) and subdues opposition full backs and creates more space in between the lines by forcing back opposition back 4 as a whole."
"Of course, that doesn't excuse his glaring lack of technical ability (at times), but he's irreplacable at the moment"

Spurs have had an offer for Loic Remy turned down by Marseille chairman.
Reports say it was a 'huge' offer as well. Still time for Krasic?

Just once I'd want a Transfer Deadline day where nothing happens. Don't get why clubs are incapable of finishing deals until the final hours of the window.

ESPN claims Chelsea has put a bid in for Carlos Tevez. Sounds unlikely to me.

Yeah he naturally puts full backs on the edge at the start of the match and restrict them from going forward, but when they see how shit he is in the first 5 mins then they aren't holding back anymore.Mal wrote:19Jones19v wrote:Kyrgiakos to Sunderland on loan
