Sunday can't come fast enough. And the trophy will be at the Broadfield on Friday for photos, so I'm going to have a pic taken with the FA Cup!

Karl Duguid made his 400th appearance for Colchester last night and our Captain Kem Izzet has 2 more games to go until he hits his 400th appearance for us.

Who was your other good striker when you had Clive Platt? I was wondering this last night.

Could have been any off the following (if you consider them good):coolhead33 wrote:Who was your other good striker when you had Clive Platt? I was wondering this last night.
Kevin Lisbie
Steven Gillispie
Jamie Guy
Scott Vernon
Most Likely Lisbie, Vernon or Gillispie though, as Guy was thug and beats his ex-girlfriend.

Yeah I was thinking of Lisbie. They always used to score when I was at home watching Soccer Saturday it seemed.

Yeah, Lisbie used to score quite abit, now he has gone.
Vernon was shite, and now scores every week in the SPL.
Gillispie is a god, and scored twice in 3 minutes last night.

It looked quite like it? Ill see if there's a picture of it later . It was funny how it just came on and strolled about before going in to an empty tunnel.

Di Canio has been his usual self to the press Got this from the BBC site.

Swindon manager Paolo di Canio has thanked the Football Association for giving him a touchline ban.
The 43-year-old Italian served the first game of his two-match suspension during Tuesday's 3-0 win over Crawley.
"Not ironically, I want to thank the Football Association for giving me the opportunity to watch the game from the stands," he told BBC Wiltshire.
"I give them permission to ban me for the rest of the season. We will win the league anyway.

What a twat. I really hope we finish above them, or we get promotion or they don't. Hell, I'd take a play-off final win over Swindon just to see the look on his face.Radford wrote: Cats these days.

tbh, I was hoping he and Evans would have a punch up on the touch line. Dissapointed he was banned for that game.

Evans would've squashed then eaten him. Plus, I doubt PDC has any backroom staff to back him up like we do with Paul Raynor, he's a nutter himself.

March is a decent month.
Huddersfield at home and if Warnock goes to them he literally better watch his back as every Bury fan hates the cunt.
Sheffield Wednesday and Preston away as well.

Reading away game moved to good Friday. That's the 15th game this season where we have had a kick off time or date changed.

Re: npower Football League 2011/2012
Lux, Crawley have signed goalkeeper Rene Gilmartin from Watford on loan, as Shearer is set to be out for a signficant amount of time.

Any idea if this is a good signing? Strengthes and weaknesses?

Re: npower Football League 2011/2012
March is a massive month for us. We have:
(4th) Swindon Away
(6th) Shrewsbury Away
(7th) Oxford Home
(1st) Southend Away
We just need to make sure we collect a substantial amount of point before that against the likes of Dagenham and Northampton.
Who's everyone's last away game at?
We have Plymouth Argyle last game of the season which is looking to be a very tasty game. I remember going there in 2002 when they were crowned champions of league 2 and they beat us 2-0 to stop us getting an automatic spot. Was very painful at the time but we did win the play offs though .
