I already know about Pack, looking forward to seeing him in action. I'll look out for Jombati.

For us...probably Woodards at RB. He always seems to give a 110% each game. He gets stuck in, knows how to head and tackle pretty well. Makes some decent forward runs also. He was MOTM against Crawley this weekend. I'd love to say Eliot Richards but he's very hit and miss, he's a product of our youth team. Maybe Anyinsah and Zebroski depending on if Matty Harrold is fit. Both again hit and miss though.

I'd also like you to watch out for us forgetting how to play football in select times in the match. The whole teams forget how to chase the ball down and go in for a tackle. It happens a lot just after half time and in the final 5-10 minutes. They also clear it but only one person chases it and no one supports. npower Football League 2011/2012 - Page 2 58503

I'm sure I would be doing more of the chasing. Laughing

Hopefully Neil Warnock will lead us to a win. npower Football League 2011/2012 - Page 2 279869

I'm really hoping you don't appoint a new manager in the week, as I guess your team will be fired up on the back of your large travelling support and the new manager syndrome.

Woodards sounds a similar to David Pipe. Is he pacey? as our left winger Mohamed if fucking fast when running with the ball and once he beats the one player he is hard to stop. Shame it takes him 3 or 4 runs to get passed the first player though Laughing.

Your attack seems pretty decent to be fair, so I expect you'll provide more of a threat then the likes of Hereford, Macclesfield and Aldershot who were very limited up top. Just hoping that you have still haven't collected your shooting boots from Totton.

See, with or without a new manager I think we'll be fired up. We played well against Crawley and were unlucky not take all three points. As you said, we generally have a good following.

For a start Pipe was RM and Danny is a RB. Secondly, Woodards is an exceptional man. Not a criminal like Pipe. And yes, he is fast-ish. He hopefully will be capable of shutting down the runs.

We do but with Harrold out at the moment that's our top scorer gone. Plus Carayol maybe still be out meaning playing L. Brown at LM rather than his favoured LB.

Pipe played at right back for us for a few months on loan. Thought he was pretty decent but I can't defend his behavior off the pitch. Probably the main reason he is at Newport and not in the FL.

    Glad Harrold is out though.

What sort of reception will Duffy and Elliot get from the Rovers fans?

I dunno, Duffy may get a bad one because he was a pile of shit for us. Elliot though, I'm not sure. I personally won't give Elliot stick. Smile

    Di Canios mind games:

Paolo Di Canio wants his Swindon side to use Cheltenham's passion as an example in their pursuit of promotion from League Two.

Swindon currently occupy fourth spot in the division, six points behind their Gloucestershire rivals, following the weekend's results.

Cheltenham were expected to be fighting a relegation battle this term, but the Whaddon Road club have conjured up a remarkable run of results based on raw talent and excellent team spirit.

And Di Canio acknowledged how important that drive is, urging his players to take inspiration from their close neighbours.

"I have watched them a few times and they have fight," he said. "They are nothing special overall but they have bite and anger to stay where they are.

"So I want to change the mentality and be even tougher."

I agree that we are a very hard working side, however to be joint top of the league and to have won 10 out of our last 12 away games with the only defeat being Tottenham suggests that we do have some real quality. Sorry paolo.

Only wish I took up on the 200/1 odds of us to win the league Sad.

A cracking player and a shame he has gone.
He had some blistering pace but could have cut inside more. Some of the shots he did were magical for instance his one at Walsall this season. The only thing is he tends to go hiding the second half of the season.
I can't see him working at Wednesday for some reason but no way do i blame him for leaving.

    Yeah they'll probably be £34 it's a piss take.

Well my situation is as follows, these are the away games we have left:
Bristol City - Loyalty game, I've been to 6 aways this season and you need 8 to be guaranteed a ticket. If theres a chance to get one if they don't sell I'll try. Can stay with a bird at uni there.

Coventry - Tuesday night so I'll only be going if my mate can drive, but he's 75% sure he can't get the time off work.

Portsmouth - Can't afford/be arsed with the hassle of getting there

Hull - Would have gone 100% but I'm on a college block then and you aren't allowed any time off or else work get the bitch on, disciplinaries etc.

Boro - Will get to that providing we can get tickets.

Millwall - Can't see my parents being that impressed but if trains are cheap I might man up and go.

Reading - Hopefully gonna stop down there with a mate from work and make a weekend of it.

Blackpool - Tuesday night, would love to go and stay over but it will most likely be a 14+ loyalty.

Cardiff - Half 12 kick off in Wales, biggest chance of trouble for the season, take forever and be daft money to get there, basically fuck that. Laughing

So yeah, probably 3 more aways at most.

Totally agree, I paid £24 for a brand new, padded seat at the Amex with a great view behind the goal. Our visitors have to pay 34 quid for a cramped seat in the worst bit of the ground. Also there's double standards, visiting fans get kids tickets cheaper but home fans in the same stand can't get concession tickets.

Still, you lot have to pay it once a year, we get stung every other week. Neutral

Where abouts do you mean? Laughing Current away section (West stand) or one of the older ones (cheese wedge or South stand) I'm assuming the latter as that's where you'll have been. Do you mean underneath on the concourse? I usually go in the South Stand and can't say I've ever noticed many mirrors!
