Do you like taking Naps?

People talking about it in the chat thread, general consensus is that it makes you more tired.

Nah, I can never sleep during the day unless Im really tired, and if the nap isnt during the day then its quite pointless

I hate it. I get really pissed off if I fall to sleep on my bed after school.

No, it just means I can't sleep in the evening unless I pop a pill or drink myself unconscious.

If you do it right, yes. Make sure you wake up before you hit a deep sleep, otherwise you're fucked when you wake up.

I have like an hour's nap every day I come home from school.

I only used to last summer after coming home from school because it was really hot and I got tired, apart from that I don't.

Naps mess up my sleep cycle, so I don't like taking them. However, taking power naps frequently can be a better than sleeping 8 hours straight.

I don't like the idea of it unless you're completely exhausted or ill, plus when i have had one it takes me forever to wake up properly and get going again. Messes up your sleeping patterns as well.
