Titanic - Bit different from James Cameron's. Thomas Vermaelen played a psychotic, over stimulated engineer and Van Persie played the role of the captain really well. Also credit to Ramsey and Song for their excellent performances as lazy, fat shits.

Watched A Perfect Getaway recently, decent film. Plot was lacking in various aspects but the acting was very good regardless.

    6/10 from me.

    The Avengers

    9/10

Great Movie. I'd say on par with the Dark Knight in terms of super hero movies. This movie had a lot more action, and obviously a lighter tone than Batman, but at times it feels as if all the action buries the story development. I'm sure those who haven't watched it yet have heard to stick around after the credits.

    Annie Hall

Amazing Woody Allen movie. Must watch. My favorite that I have seen of his movies so far. Midnight in Paris was enjoyable too for those who haven't watched it. Not nearly as good, but nonetheless, a well made film.

Great film, however I personally found the ending to be a bit weak.

Saw The Avengers a few days ago. Thought it was excellent, and I hadn't seen any of the 'solo' movies aside from Ed Nortan's Hulk. ScarJo was stunning too. Looking like a great year for superhero movies.

The fact that almost everything is true in that film makes it amazing alone... Even the parts of him having visions of his future children are true...

Such a brilliantly written film. The acting is great.
Another reason why I am a fan of Zach Braff's work.

Watched Road House because it was on after the Europa league. I didn't hate it. The way its filmed is a lot more appealing that the way current movies are, it seems a little more imperfect. Also there were a lot of long cuts, I prefer that to them changing camera every 2 seconds.

I don't know how everyone found Drive so good, I tried watching it again yesterday to see if I'd enjoy it more, ended up shutting it off in around 20 minutes.

It's a little hard to get into at the start, certainly towards the end it's a lot better. Try watching it all the way through, Bogdan.
