    ManUtd need something fresh, just like Arsenal do. Having a manager at the helm for several years like that isn't good. Maybe he can take up another position in ManUtd or just call it quits.

    Well thank fuck he is not a tactical mastermind, I mean 48 honours as a manager without being one tells me he has been doing something correct. If he had been a tactical mastermind and might have won more, and that would just be getting too bloody greedy. Rolling Eyes

    I don't think I could ever classify him as a tactical mastermind, it's never really been his strong suit. Brilliant man manager, motivator, and leader. Yes.

    Something tells me he still know's more about football than you or me and a hell of a lot of other managers out there. And what will be said in the next couple of season's, if United go on and still be succesful under Fergie and they keep challenging City and their money at the top of the game.

    This. And he knows how to get the best out of the players and is well respected. But saying he's a tactician is a little far-fetched.
