And no. Although I usually drink out of the bowl when the cereal has been eaten I don't refer to it as drinking, I would just say I'm eating serial..

I am only allowed to drink 500 ml (16 Oz or 2 Cups) of milk a day, which includes milk in cereal, average bowl should have around 250-350 ml milk.

Milk is a liquid therefore any milk you devour must be counted as a drink. It's like having a buscuit with a brew, you're still drinking the coffee/tea. Milk with your cereal is a drink.

I think if you eat cereal with milk it all goes down your intestine/gut thing that's meant for food rather than the one for liquids.

do boiled vegetables count as a drink as they have been boiled in water so you when you eat them you kinda get water so if you ate enough would it be enough to call it a drink?
