That means Basel will play in the CL league but Sion can still appeal the decision.
Here's how the table will look like. -5 points, fucking hell

They were legally allowed to play those players, a court decided it. Courts have more authority than FIFA or UEFA.SBSP wrote:Brilliant. Sion get slaughtered for being cunts, and Basel keep their place. Hopefully they get rid of their chairman for being a lunatic.

Except maybe some biased Swiss court. Biased Swiss.

What the hell are you talking about?
The Federal Supreme Court of Switzerland confirmed the FIFA, DRC and CAS decisions in 2009 and 2010 respectively. FC Sion also sued SFL and UEFA respectively in the Tribunal Cantonal de Valais and the Tribunal in Vaud, however both actions were dismissed.
Sion are clearly in the wrong and deserve the punishment they are getting. I don't see why they are making a big deal about it. Just accept the punishment and move on. Otherwise, get the fuck out of UEFA/FIFA.
