It's probably true... I generally feel more exhausted if I don't have atleast 8 hours.
As for the sleep position, I am a Soldier apparently, interestingly, probably the personality listed that fits me most.

Finally, a serious thread by Chris. 
I easily get my 8 hours of sleep a night. Getting enough sleep was never really a problem with me. I would go to sleep with projects/homework still due and get up early to finish them instead of pulling an all-nighter. I'm A, C, and F when it comes to the sleeping positions.

I sleep mostly as a but i do also sleep as c sometimes as well

I only get like 8 hours of sleep during the week and like 11 during the weekend... and I sleep in A,C,and F positions. I can't sleep like D because then I get sleep paralysis
