I want you to admit that I was right all along. I don't have to look at things with hindsight, because I have the ability to predict events before they happen, such as a defence with a lot of injury prone players suffering an injury crisis, or a midfield made up almost entirely of injury prone players suffering an injury crisis. I see things that people like and Ferguson can't, it's very easy for me to do this, you need hindsight to realise these things, I don't.

So, with hindsight, was selling O'Shea a good idea?

Sneijder has never played for Milan, and yeah, he gets injured a lot, but if we'd had him, we might not have had to play Cleverley in certain games, meaning he would be fit, or Scott Parker, he's not constantly injured, neither is Joseph Barton, neither is John O'Shea, and so on.

RR I generally agree with what you are saying there, but Joey Barton? Come on, be real for a moment.

Barton or Rafael - who's the better central midfielder? Barton or Park Ji Sung? A midfield containing Barton, or a midfield containing Giggs, Park and Jones? He's not an excellent player, he's not even a very good player, but he'd be extremely useful for us.

not to mention why would someone like barton join us??? when he will never play if we have anyone fit. you live in a FIFA world dont you.

Rather have Giggs in midfield than Barton. Neutral

True. But he'd be bench material for most of the season. I don't really see his personality handling that very well at all.

We have lots of players who will never play if everyone's fit, it's called a squad. Most players would rather sit on the bench at United than play in the first team at QPR, because of these little things called medals and trophies.

Agree with the former, not sure about the latter. QPR seem to be doing alright, I believe Newcastle got promoted with him.

We lost last season to bottom of the table Wolves, although that was away from home.

He's good for lower table sides no doubt, but you can't deny that he is a bit of a character. Don't think that would have a positive influence on our squad.

Poor De Gea. I don't understand why Lindegaard didn't play though. This was an obvious Lindegaard game..

5 clean sheets you mean. He hasn't conceeded. He's on his way to taking the premiership record for cleansheets in a row.

That was a powerful low shot from Yakubu, he shot it straight through his legs...it's very hard to save that. Even though, defenders/Carrick should be to blame for allowing Yak to go through like that.

Hopefully we have Ferdinand back, maybe play:

    Lindegaard

    Rafael, Ferdinand, Jones, Evra

    Valencia, Carrick, Anderson, Nani

    Rooney, Berbatov

Alternatives being De Gea, Giggs, Park, Welbeck, Hernandez.
