A transfer saga you haven't heard of. Here goes. Santos sold Danilo to Porto last summer for 13 million Euros but were able to keep him on loan until December. He duly left for Porto after the last game of the season, the CWC final.
Santos' board decided to be douches and not send Danilo's registration to Porto so even though he had his official presentation, he couldn't play for them. Why? Some bs about receiving one of the payments of Danilo's fee a little two late for their liking. Then they came out with the line that since his original contract lasted until this summer, Santos should be able to keep Danilo even though he was sold to Porto.
Santos' president then basically decided to hold Porto hostage over the transfer, and then inquired about getting Fucile on loan (saying of course that the two were unrelated). In the end Porto agreed to the loan and Danilo's papers were/will be sent over. Luckily Fucile seems to like the move.
Disgraceful behavior from Santos' board.

Don't think it was Sapunaru, but Fucile hasn't been playing much for a long time from what I've read.
