Re: Manchester United FC Official Thread
Fergie's side won the quiz with the last question, and he made a comeback in it last year too, typical

What's all this hassle with City tickets? Surely you don't have a leg to stand on when they give you the same allocation that you give other teams.

Re: Manchester United FC Official Thread
There isn't any trustworthy sites United use to sell tickets through officially any more (no longer use Viagogo), they sell them through the club on General sale.Muhkoo wrote:HELLO United fans, is there a trustworthy site that sells tickets to home games, specifically the United - Ajax game on 23rd of February? Contacted a friend in Manchester who is a club member but he says he could only buy 1 ticket for friends through the club and have never used any where else but United themselves to get a hold of tickets.
You could hope the tickets go on general sale then then anyone can purchase them through the club ticket office or the website, when they come available. Might be possible given it's only the Europa league so fans might not bother, then again it's Ajax so they might. Although, you will be in the away end but you'll be fine if you're in the East, North or South stand, might have the odd problem if you're in the West stand though. East stand (family stand), near away end, are the cheapest tickets as well.
You could sign up to be a member, costs about £20, I think, then take the chance you can get a ticket that way but it's a bit riskier.
Or you could take the gamble, go to Manchester without a ticket, and try to get a tout, which is quite possible as there are quite a few on the streets most games. However they'll charged double face value.

I'm surprised United, mainly Gill, are doing the right thing for fans and fighting our case, we've had allocations cut from every ground bar 2 or 3. They're trying to give us 5,000 when it's way short of the 7,100 we're allocated to due to the 15% for away fans. GMP aren't too bothered I don't think as they'll just lock everyone in after the game for a good hour, plus it's early Sunday K.O so pubs aren't open that long before the game and wont be open much longer after.
