And really I wouldn't change my tactics as a manager, you come in with a style of play and that's how you want your team to play, and you'll work and you'll work till they figure it out, AVB is just doing that he's trying to change mentalities it's going to be a hard job, but it's a hard style of play, give him some more time, by next season even without a whole new backline they'll be in tip top shape
