Anything other than a Santos x Barca final. 2011 Club World Cup 58503

Hope Santos bags this, I mean it was the only thing they've been playing for. Neutral

It's going to be a Santos v Barca final and Barca will win. I miss the good old days where Ahly would play every other year in this tournament.

There'a s reason that news is two months old. Pele has already declined the offer. He'll only travel as a normal part of the club's delegation.

Winners of the premier continental club competition in their respective regions bar one.

    Santos: Libertadores winners
    Barcelona: CL winners
    Al-Sadd: Asian CL Winners
    Monterrey: CONCACAF CL winners
Kashiwa Reysol: The exception. They get in as a club from the host country. Won the J-League.
    Esperance: African CL winners
Auckland City: Oceania CL winners. Just found out yesterday that such a thing existed.

I don't think a European team has beaten a Brazilian team in the final of this tournament in its current form. smug

No European team has ever failed to reach the Final of this tournament in its current format either, unlike Internacional last season.

That's FIFA's problem to sort out Cool

tbh you could probably get a 16 team knock-out finished in less than a fortnight so it can be played whenever.
