Racism shouldn't be dealt with a simple handshake. There needs to be a harder stance against racism. In addition, saying there is no racism in football is a lie.

You didn't understand what I said.

Where did Blatter say that you should deal with racism by shaking hands? He says shake hands after saying "wrong things", after saying that there is no racism in football i.e. no one is being racist, but they are maybe saying other offensive things and should shake hands afterwards.

I don't think there is no racism in football...but in England? At the top level? I doubt it. These players have friends and colleagues in their teams of other races.
