It just boggles my mind that he's a qualified doctor. It's like how Sheldon's girlfriend on TBBT is a qualified neurosurgeon.

I've only seen her on TBBT and I don't really like her character that much.

It doesn't seem to go anywhere no, but i think that is because they don't seem to have any plans to evolve Sheldon as a character. They are linked like that since Amy doesn't add anything else but a creepy friend to Penny. That show is more or less only watchable for interactions between Sheldon & Penny + at times the guys as a group. It is carried by Sheldon like How Is Met Your Mother is carried by Barney.
Where as in Community all the characters have something about them that just works.
Glad it was back, not the bestest of episodes but still STREETS AHEAD of so many shows that are allowed to continue without mysterious long hiatuses.
Was there 1 or 2 episodes last night, it said right at the end stay for more community on the one i downloaded (Shirleys Sandwich Shop) but i havent been able to see if there was another episode

Re: Community [TV Series]
No it was just one episode. When it said stay tuned, it meant the ending where Pierce was getting ice cream.

Re: Community [TV Series]
Everything about that was bad except possibly annie humming abeds song. Only funny part was when troy said
"we'll try not to embarrass you at your community college wedding"
And that wasn't even that funny.

It wasn't a good episode, but it wasn't that bad.
I think the funniest part was when Britta said "there are people dying in Uganda". And when Abed was acting offended the way Annie does.

I looked away that moment and thought it was something perverted, the rest of the gang looked like that too when i looked back. Then Annies reaction to prove his point was just perfectly timed.
There were quite a few funny moments but not nearly as many as there usually is, but the normaling thing (That 30 Rock did a few episodes ago with Jenna and her impersonator boyfriend) with abed and troy was just odd and not funny.

Last night's episode was better. The ones with Senor Chang are always good.

Newest episode was great.
This is becoming one of my favourite ever sitcoms, along with Seinfeld, Arrested Development, Curb and The Office(UK)

I didn't get the unfiltered joke.
Was a bit annoyed by the constant subway shit though.

I don't like product placement in TV shows (Mad Men does it in a way where it doesn't really seem like one -- kept with Heineken) this happened to Chuck too man.

I thought the episode was ok, not too great. Quite funny though because a subway opened at my campus at the start of the semester.

Re: Community [TV Series]
See that's kind of funny ( a little more subtle and it would be gold) but the way community did it was annoying.
