And it looked like they gave a shit when we scored. They went full on after that, hurrying to take corners and such, so you can shove the 'they didn't give a shit' excuse up your arses.
Plus we were never going to touch them possession wise, would be stupid as hell to even try. We kept it tight at the back and tried to counter and it worked. Wasn't sure about Bent playing in the game as he's not the sort of the player to be that isolated.

Agreed with Point, Spain looked to me like they gave a shit. Nobody will get much if any of the ball against a passing side like Spain. Yeah Welbeck did well when he came on. Managed to hold the ball up a few times against the Spain CBs and running down the wings.
Am still well pleased Walker got his 1st cap for the senior team, he's been quality for Spurs this season and really deserved the recognition.
