- Nothing much happened though, I expect fireworks in the last two. Catelyn Stark is a stupid bitch though, capturing Jaime was Robb's greatest victory. She's soft and not fit to play the game. Arya's story is fascinating.
But now it's going to get so much better. What will Jaime do, what will Arya do, what will Jon do and what will Tyrion do. Tantalizing.

Arya.. she is just hilarious. That back and forth with the red guard guy was great. Stark mother though..
Glad the dragon chick is getting less air-time, no one gives a fuck anymore.. we did in season 1.. but it's all dull compared to everyone else.

The Daenerys arc takes a while to get going.
Have to say Jaqen is becoming one of my favorite characters. I liked him in the books, but he's even better as a real character.

I read 90% of her story in the books with care. It's other characters that I skim read a lot of (some of Davos' parts IIRC). Skim reading for me is more about ingesting the most important facts, rather than the usual slow reading for enjoyment.

Makes sense. I found Davos interesting though. Dany is probably the only character who was boring, but so far in ASOS she's been good imo, it's interesting to see how the Dragons are doing.

I don't know why everyone has to discuss the fucking books in threads about the TV series, it's not just this forum it's the whole fucking internet. There is a thread for the books, please restrict your book discussions to that thread.

The TV series is based off the books, and although the TV series is straying away from the books in minor details the big ones are still there, when people who have only read the TV show ask a question that the show hasn't answered, of course book readers are going to come in with an answer, nothing has been spoiled so there is nothing to complain about.
