I beat the game once on Crystal and got really far before I quit due to the crashing, so I don't really care if I cheat, it's for my fun after all.

@Coolhead, yah! No crashes so far! Amazing ain't it?

I'll upload the ROM when I get the opportunity, along with the cheat codes I am using to prevent the crashes.

I haven't crashed on the Black rom you told me to use yet.

I don't think any Black roms crash, they either don't work at all or work fine.

Well it took lots of experimenting to find a good ROM and cheat codes for both games. Just really glad that HeartGold works now, especially without all those annoying crashes.
