Tony Pulis is underated imo. As much as I hate Stoke, he's done a great job there.

To do so much with such little funds and such a young team is amazing.

Recently hes started employing a few 'tactics' like against chelsea i think he realises now that we cant just beat anybody without a game plan

Just to note, the only thing Capello could be considered as overrated is just intentionally but not really. Also Wenger does have the funds he just doesn't spend

I reckon Harry Redknapp is overrated. I get the feeling his only tactics are "do football lads". Same with Martin O'Neil.

But now you've been in the stadium since like... 2007 and make 3 million pounds per match day. Neutral

I think the opposite, he plays dumb, and sometimes his initial starting plan doesn't work, but one thing I've always liked about Harry is his ability to view his mistakes and change it quickly.

    Somewhat agree.

Should have just bought a f'ing goalkeeper when Almunia was no.1. The amount of points they dropped because of him was rediculous.

I don't blame him saving money, but money is available in a separate transfer fund from sales and we're on stable loan payments

Maybe, but I've heard a lot of people say Joe Jordan does the tactis for Spurs and Harry focuses on telling them to run about.

I don't blame Carlo for that personally, Milan decided to re-up everybody contact wise after 2007 (European Cup win of course) when what they really should've done was re-built the team, thus they kept a lot of old dudes on high contracts (still suffering a bit from that now) still got them 3rd a few years ago with a pretty ehh squad.

    Why PL only?

    Overrated
Warnock - overrated. Took him ages to get Sheff U out of PL and then got relegated first season. At QPR he inherited a great squad with rich owners.
Dave Jones - overrated. How he hasn't taken Cardiff to the PL is mad. Always has a great team.

    Underrated
Malky Mckay??(spelt his name wrong I bet, Watford manager) - underrated. Look what he is doing with little Watford, barely any budget has to rely on young players. His team plays nice football and they are doing pretty well.
Brendan Rodgers - underrated. Is managing Swansalona. study And they are doing pretty well in the league with a playoff place pretty much guarenteed imo. Got an eye for a player as well it seems.

Nigel Pearson - underrated. I may be biased. He has taken Leicester up, then to the playoffs in their first season. Moved to Hull, which lets face it was a sinking ship. He (and Steve Walsh) have an amazing eye for a player. Think back to before the takeover. There was over 20 changes to the playing staff in the summer. He managed to attract players like Koren (Serie A and PL teams interested) Loan signings such as Gerrard who has been a rock. Got Mannone!!! on loan as well. Other frees like Roseinor who had been unemployed for 9 months and is now one of the best right backs in the league. Jay Simpson for 50k.

Then after he got some money to play with. Chester - 300k. Steward - 300k. Fryatt and McLean 2.5m combined.

After a poor start which can be put down to players still going out of the club he managed to start reviving us. We got takenover and we've kept on that revival and made it into a playoff push.

If we don't go up this season we'll go up automatically, 100% guarenteed. We'll actually run away with the title with this man.

Don't know how Alex Ferguson can be overrated... just look at his honour list

Anyway, I reckon Moyes is overrated to an extent. He is great in the transfer market and getting the best out of his players, but his team selections and substitutions are just ridiculous at times
