You shouldn't use a player unless he has 9 chem.

Front 3 is fine, maybe swap Lampard/Gerrard for Yaya and Ramires/Dembele/Fellaini. Then choose either Richards or Sagna for right back and stick Clichy at left back? Or maybe IF Kolarov if you can afford him, he's got 99 shot power and 97 long shots. I wouldn't bother with Tevez or Balotelli, Ba is probably better.

Can't decide what team to make, had a bundesliga/spanish hybrid but got bored of it, it was waaaay too slow. I'm not a pace abuser but my players were painfully slow.

What other forms of advice are there? I assume he doesn't want to change formation and that was the sort of advice he was looking for.
