If you can bothered to press start at the start of every game and change your formation then yea I think you can. But a lot of people on EA say that doesn't work. They may be right because everytime I press start to change my corner kick takers they just reset back to default when I go back in to the game

That's what I wanted to know because I used to take work rates really seriously but then they told me on the EA forums that you could change them. When I did, though, I didn't really notice any difference so I became skeptical.

That was proven wrong, it doesn't do anything if you change the work-rates in custom formations for ultimate team.

I was playing a guy earlier and it was 1-1, he goes through on goal in the 80th minute, rounds my keeper and from the corner of the 6 yard box hits the inside of the opposite post and it bounced into Lloris' arms. I had to pause because I couldn't stop laughing. Still ended 1-1.

Always feel sorry for people when BS happens to them against me, because I know that if I were them I would be furious.

I am a bit narcissistic when playing this game. I am convinced that every pause or every delay in clicking to skip a replay is a ploy designed to irritate me and knock me off of my (brilliant) game.
