Lego Racers or Need For Speed: Mosted Wanted.
Most Wanted was the only Need For Speed that I really enjoyed, as it actually had a proper story line, but still had free roam

As for this, probably F1 2011 or Grid was pretty good too. Not really all that into racing games. Mario Kart is also fun as hell if it qualifies, but wouldn't call it my favourite racing game.

Need for Speed Underground 2 and Carbon were alright.
Race Driver: GRiD was fucking awesome.
