What should I be looking to do? I had the idea that I would get Lahm, Schweinsteiger and a new LW and go to 4-5-1 but that's in the distant future.

I had him in my team (4-3-1-2) and I'm a decent player, He is a slightly less good Ramires, srs. For that Midfield Anchor he couldn't push Willians out of his spot

How exactly does TOTY work. Is it the just the best in each position in the year? Or is it the best team from each league in the year for a few different league?
